Carolyn Plante is a remarkable woman with a truly interesting background. She's unassuming with an appealing charm that puts one immediately at ease. Carolyn retired after 20 years as a Police Officer in Massachusetts. Yet it’s her hobby that brought her to her forever home.
Carolyn loves traveling and most especially camping. It was while she was camping at Sebastian State Park that she found the small community she likes to say "is a sleepy little fishing village with the vibe of the Keys". She fell in love with the town and now loves showing it off to others.
"I understand how easy it is to want this lifestyle and I love being able to help others settle here," Carolyn says. "The people are friendly, there's low traffic, no big crowds and the weather is beautiful."
She's been a licensed real estate sales agent for 9 years and a member of The Live Now Team at Dale Sorensen Real Estate in the company's Sebastian office. The Live Now Team has averaged over $25 Million in gross sales per year for the last three years. The team joined Dale Sorensen Real Estate in May of 2017.
Carolyn is a Rotarian with the Sebastian Rotary Club and a member of the Sebastian Chamber of Commerce. Community philanthropy is important to her and one of the reasons The Team joined DSRE. "Dale Sorensen Real Estate is an extremely philanthropic company and that was important to me.” She also appreciates the company support they offer their agents, their advertising and marketing tools, their agent apps and their affiliations with leading real estate marketing firms. “I knew this was the best company for our Team to be a part of. I'm really excited about the future of our Team."
Carolyn still loves to travel, and she spends lots of time with her 4 children and 13 grandchildren. She says, “Having grandchildren keeps you young and very active!”
